Some blacktop differences

Sump is in two pieces, top half has baffle plate builtin, and will need to be modified where it mates to gearbox as need to cut part to get starter motor in, and otherside fouls cv cup, so need to get that sorted. Will prob have to get it machined or something.... the normal fiesta/escort sump sits on exactly the same just, just but bolts are the tinyest bit out, could possibly be used. but im sure they changed it into 2 piece for a reason so will use that
oil filter mounts onto block, instead of pump, so normal filter can be used.
solid tappets, presume these are better than hydro?
as im only running a alternator and water pump from drive belt, im moving alternator to front, so can mount engine from back like normal fez mount and im 90% sure that the bracket for the standard back engine mounting will fit directly up. just need to get one as left mine on old engine. fingers crossed.
moving onto front mount, will need to get a small amount machined away from this, as it fouls the exit for the water pump. then so far (After a quick test) it looks like it will bolt up via 3 securing bolts, and should do the trick. then can used completly standard mounts, also alternator will have no problems being mounted to standard bracket.
excuse poor pics, need to get more. engine bayed is sprayed, and inside, only matt black, but that way it will look clean ish!
pedal box is back in, brake linkage is in, next is manual steering rack which is only like 20 from work

will add more pics soon!
