Most people at Ford Fair incl. myself spoke of how we loved our bit of tracktime
Well id like to have a track day and i want to see how much interest we'd have for one if i were to arrange it!
This will be open to all members of course you don't have to have a fiesta which should also make things interesting, but it would be a whole day
Most tracks will do a discount and give the track to us if we can get enough cars together
its generally about £100 for a day if you can get enough cars, my 2.0 Si did £50 of fuel for a whole day, insurance for a Si is about £60 a day, for something like an St about £120, Helmet hire if you don't have youre own £10 for hire, passengers £10 and additional drivers £25 a car (you can split the cost of both u and them added together making it cheaper for yourself)
Tracks i think bedford autodromes 5 mile circuit wud be a good test and no barriers to smash into if you skid it up, but theres also brands hatch, Oulten park and, cadwell park and snetterton
I know these days aren't the cheapest and i don't know how people are for monies, but towards the latter part of the year prices are cheaper so let me know how peeps feel
