the red paint is too faded. if you have bright white alloys it will make the paint looked even more faded. hence darker alloys to take your eyes off the dull aged colour a little bit more and blend it all in

I think what I'll do is spray up two wheels white quickly and offer them up,
and if it looks silly I'll re-do them in that dark metalic colour, or maybe black.

It has been done to death yes, but for good reason

I loved the look of my fiesta with white alloys on, but they were the wrong offset so had
to get rid grrrr.

Anyway bad news for you lot as I sprayed them up earlier as I had some white paint ligging
about, only did a quick job to see how it looks, I'll probs try a different colour on two of
them next week and see which I prefer. I'm thinking a dark metalic colour perhaps but we shall
see, either that or I get used to the white and keep them

No pics yet, will get some up later or tomorrow,

Also my Poly anti-roll bar bushes arrived today

Well, bit of an update, I have been doing a couple of cosmetic tasks while trying to sort the
bloody idle out at the same time.

I have re-sprayed the plastic trim on the boot so that it is black again, I also painted the badges
white as they were very faided.

And ofcourse sprayed the wheels white, I like them but I might do a couple in gloss black
and see which I prefer

Also I used some back to black on the arches which looks good.

I got outbid on some eibach springs the other day so I'll be buying some soon hopefully
and getting some better shocks for the rear as the fronts allready have adjustable koni shocks.

Well, when I was in Ireland visiting my Mum and sister, the bottom end started to make horrible
noises and very suddenly afterwards it was near on totally seized, so I had to get the plane
back

It's currently in my Mums garage and I havn't really decided what to do yet, it doesn't warrent
major money spending as it was so cheap, so might sell the wheels etc and weigh it in but havn't
decided.

I'm currntly rolling in a 1.5 DIESEL corsa it's my dad's runabout, My mate is selling his
daily Escort 1.8 Si quite cheap so I'll probably buy that in the mean time while I decide what
to do about car's,

Anyway for now the 205 is dead
