feels like forever since my si went bang its been off the road almost to months! now theres 8 days till FF and my engine isit even back :( and im campin so thats down to 7days , dosnt look like ill have time to do most of it , will be runnin in on zetec managemnt , 3psi ( low as i can wined it down to ) and no more than 3k as its new, more than likely a side exit , and lots or random boost pipes lol

hope to see you there ! i should be on the fsi stand :chill:

Don't worry mate, I've yet to flat and polish new paintjob, finish interior, finish exhaust, mod boost pipes, make sure wheels fit, check everything, MOT and Tax mine before Ford Fair

lol , i need to get my engine back, fit it , put the head on sort the timing bak boost pipes sort the brakes shocks , mood the bumper make a exhaust and if i got fussy i need to repair and paint both doors , the black fez turbo bonnit, have it checked on the AFR at a company called AFR to check the fuleings ok to run it on on zetec managemnt cuz i havnt got time to make a fuel rail and fit ofab lol :cry: oh well bloody fords hope to see every one soooon :chill: wet flat is not a prob , full car in maby 2 hrs. then 3 to polish it back up ;)

its all gone WRONG !!!
and sorry tom lol ! well today me and tom tryed to do the final bits to the engine and everything that could go wrong did!
got the head on ect went to put the turbo and manifold on the head had been drilled and tapped wrong ! about 3mm to far to the left ! i could get the tip of my screw driver down the side of the manifold in to the exhuast ports ! so now im back down to a bottom end ! a fucked head and no engine , just makin a zetec turbo manifold now cant be fucked with the cvh one any more !

I have to rip out a dead engine,fuel lines,fuel tank,suspension,exhaust system,interior loom,whole interior.Then i have to fit a 1.6si engine,loom,interior loom,interior,fuel lines,fuel tank,suspension,hubs,brakes,xr2i kit after ive sprayed it all,wheels...Argh!

Ill be there in my crappy van i just know it lol

well down to 5 days, but im away friday , camping sat so that gives me 3 ! engines not back or even built ! tom cant get anny of the parts , so iv taken things back in my own hands , will be goin to get the bits to nite from toms , and tonite will be a late one , as i try and build it up to get it in! , even if the bottom end is in i will be happy, can do the head tomoz ! but i will keep updated !

My MOT is tomorrow and both me and mark are working today so cant do anything on it.

Last night we were setting up the TD engine and the fuel pump shat itself, the seal behind the pulley, fixed it, and it did it again.

So ive pretty much got no car at the moment for ford fair :(

Were struggling to find another pump, as all the ones are electronic bollocks ones used on mk4's etc, and we need an old mechanical one

maybe if this place has a replacment seal it might be done in time for mot tomorrow afternoon

even if it is, im unsure wether it'll get to FF :rolleyes:

Well modded the endura de fuel pump with all the electronics, to run without the electonic bollocks, engine runs.

Project TD PASSED MOT today! Taxed in a min, woop woop Ford Fair here I come ;)
