Yeah that sounds like a good plan, Ecar cover me 3rd party on other peoples cars, and anywhere in Europe! i just have to inform them where i am going

with all the gear you took to newquay would there be space for anymore than 2 in your car alex

we have a year to save and prep for where ever we go, so i can save enough for fuel

my current savings are a whole £50 a month

but hopefully circumstance changes allow more to be saved

I dont think id be able to afford to go on a 'tour' plus i wana go for a holiday, i do too much driving in everyday life!

Id like camping either in cornwall again, or southern france looks lovely too

I'd be up for anything, as I should be earning more in a new job soon (i hope!)

but I like the idea of touring yet I am the same with would like to chill out etc instead of travelling all the time

camping/villa somewhere sounds good to me

(although I am planning going around europe via nurburgring sometime too)

in for a penny in for a pound. id rather have a bit of a holiday and not spend the whole time driving altho the car im taking wont really mind. just make sure theres a fuel stop about every 200 miles and ill be fine

its not like you get time to enjoy your surroundings doing whatever the speed limit allows

We could do both y'know if everyones funds allowed, as camping is cheap as chips .. a week in france .. a week in newquay..?

I have looked at a different campsite in newquay that looks pretty good, heres the link (i like the look of the tents they already have there, as they have microwaves, electrical hookup etc)

But we couldnt take alex's tent as they only allow up to 6man tents lol!

probably wouldnt do newquay again. yes it was nice, but i dont like going back to the same sorta place


if south of france was decided, i could do my tour a week before, then meet up with you lot in France

hospital results permitting, i will be in for this! i quite like the idea of touring for a few days, then camping for 3-4 days in europe somewhere. best of both worlds. plus a lot of people seem to be covered for driving other cars, so we could sort of share the driving?

i dont no if people covered to drive other peoples cars over here would be covered to drive them abroad !
