if they will do my head gasket......pleasseeeeee...... basically my water has gone orage and smells ...i.e theres oil in my water...there no mayonaise under the oil cap so theres no water in oil yet but ill need it done .... its on my 2.0 zetec in the fiesta....ive been quoted...wait for it...£700!!!!! WTF the car cost £900

i know for a fact head skim is like £60 and parts are like £40 so that £100..... but £600 labour !!!!! il pay some one to do it for me off here.....like £100 and a few beers!!!? cuz i have like £200 haha

cumon whos up for it

i can do it for alot less i can get head skimmed for £20 mate and all i want for doing job is £100 quid labour. all u got to do is get car to me if u know someone with a truck it will be easier mate get car to me and i will do it no problems. so get a truck sorted and the parts and send car to me use your breakdown cover.... get it sent to moi..

well if i get the parts...which i can get at trade cost because my mate work for a supplier..... i can drive ther car to you as it has not totally gone yet..where about are you?

my brother in law is a mechanic and travels round doin jobs, he also gets trade prices etc, if you want i can ask him mate?

upto you, he traveled to swadlincote to do a previous job on emmas car (that was a mission) :lol:

How much!? a mechanic on the sly would do it for 250 tops!

drive it wherever, then get the RAC or whoever to take you the rest of the way if it fails. Simple. might as well use what you pay for!

moleman... IF YOU COULD :) ask ask ask hha im still driving it around it seems to be fine unless you sit in traffic then it gets hot but i dont let it run hot..water is now no longer resembling water though so im gunna flush it this weekend

i would need the car for about a week so i can fit it in after work i am only 2 hours away and i will do it for 100 quid if u supply parts plus i get heads skimmed for £20 so thats cheaper mate by a long way mate!! just cruise down motorway to mine no problems i have done many of these gaskets so i know what i am doin no problems mate.. ring me if u like 07833942619 and we can arrange something always here to help cheers rob

so all i need is for you to go to your local auto factors get me a head gasket SET including head bolts,inlet mainfold gaskets,exhaust gaskets etc... cambelt and 100 quid for me and 20 quid for head skim mate!! its gotta be alot cheaper for me to do it for ya no worries call me and we can sort something

Alrite mate, sorry been working, but for somewhere like rugby, he wud charge about £50 diesel, £100 for the job, buy the parts here necessary and then travel up and do the job during the day

Only thing id need to ask about is the head skimming :)
