haha lol....what i do is key them back with 1500 grit wet paper(better with 2000), to get them all smooth....then T-cut and polish them up

hmmm....how many coats of lacquer did you give them?


and are they as dull as the pictures show? What i did with mine after tinted and lacquered is sand down slightly...then use safe cut and Tcut.....then use polish, then some wax



works a treat and they still look really shiny

yeh or u could just sand a little of the lacquer back with very fine wet and dry to remove the patches.....then t-cut and polish


that wil probably work if you cba to do the lacquering again

skirts and arches look good! yeah i say with your lights you need to wet and dry them and then tcut and polish as said :) lauqre can be a bugger if not dryed in the right temperature, i always ran a heat gun over things i have sprayed to give a good heat to them while they dry so they dont cloud over but remebering to move the heat around whatever it is that has been sprayed so that it doesnt get the paint too hot and make it bubble ;)

cheers mate, cant wait till i put them on now, should looks a bit like yours wen your wheels were silver, apart from yours is in much better condition!!

nd i usually used a hair dryer, but didnt have 1 wen i dun the lights. they have only gone like tha since i polished them thou, they looked nice when they was laquered.

had a nice bit of weather earlier so i gave the car a quick clean as i neglected it for weeks!!
