yea it is priceless

onslack havent played withj any st's yet but i did play with my mates Clio 172 i was only 3 car lengths behind him :shock:

i was more than shocked...least to say...so was he...he knows what engine is in there and he couldnt stop laughing about it...he kepy saying imagin people looking at a 1.1 keeping up with a 172 :lolz:

Not really a big update but decided to try polish up one of the spare rocker covers ive got ans so far im happy with the one side that ive done...im going to do the other side obviously and my inlet and cross over tomorrow then over next week or so lots of little bits

what do you think so far

took about 2 hours none stop...my arms hurt now

looking good mate, what polish did u use? i fancy ploishing my inlet manifold.

soz if i caused u any inconveniece with those skirts and arches, ive been trying to get hold of the boy all day nd he even sed i cud pick it them up 2day, im not happy wid him at all. ill try nd sort sumin out asap, then hopefully we can put them on nxt sunday.

Brasso, wet and dry and then a polishin block.lol

just bring em up when you can...we can fiddle with the cars then when you do

i.e fit XR kits and windows

Been busy this morning...well i say this morning...i mean all day until 7pm doing all this to my engine...looks 10 times better in my opinion...especially when you open it to show people you 1.1 :pancake:

Anyway comments on this please...done most of it my kitchen as it was raining.

it started by looking like this when i started this morning

So far i have polished:

rocker cover
cross over
Powersteering pipes
Started on inlet
Induction kit.lol
All jubalee clips on the top of the engine

started on the inlet
Throttle cable holder and linkage

Mini breather

Also cleaned the left turret and washer bottle and power steering bottle...ran out of time after that

loads more to do but what do you think so far

yea its looks nice, have u started refurbing those rs2k rims yet?? they will look nice when they are on. along wid the xr2i kit.
