trim off all unnecesary weight...shave all hair off...lightweight carbon limbs..titanium nipples.....


on a more serious note. decent diet and exercise... ive been doing slimming world at home with my mum..mum goes to the classes and stuff..i just do the diet!..its a pretty decent diet its mixed. and you can eat loads and still lose weight. i had a bit of a false start going back to the gym. but i am fully intent on going back soon. ive hit my bodys plateu of 16st 5lbs..and it aint budgin so i need to exercise the rest off.

lol i was 15.5 stone, went down to 14.5 and back upto 15, wanna get myself down to about 13-13.5

i do alot of muscle work so have to compensate a little, cheers for youre input guys

Whats involved in this diet Jam? dont say jam :insanity:

Creatine :hsugh: that stuff cost me 2 broken doors in the house, a smashed up brand new mobile phone and nearly the end of a relationship. Pyschotic behaviour is an understatement :lol: Everyone I know (apart from 1 person) becomes a walking pile of aggressive behavior when taking that rubbish.

Do it as natural as you can, and don't listen to what healthfood stores and their staff say. I used to work at Holland & Barrett in the head office and I've seen all their lies and goings on. Funny as my girlfriends younger sister now works in their stores and tried to tell me creatine doesn't effect you mentally in any way a few weeks ago now. Ha.

Not that I can comment too much, i'm not exactly the beefiest person and probably never will be. I like sitting on my arse too much. :lol: My brother does all the weight training.

LA muscle.....fatstripper intense or nobese. i lost about half a stone in around 3 weeks does the job and i didn't have any side effects that i can recall. maybe the shitts a little bit?? :lol:
their norateen will turn you into the incredible hulk tho, that stuff is mental.

all creatine does is force water into your muscles to make you look bigger with what you have. i think your aggroness was a bit phsycological.

I need to loose weight, I got down to 13 stone for my selection course for the royal marines, then after I passed I just thought woooo, no more pressups and started lifting weights again, I was then back to 14 stone, and running intensivly with that weight on me took its toll on my legs, so now Ive got to get back o 13 stone before I start recruit training in sept. So far, I am down to 13 stone 7 pounds when I weighed in this morning, so not bad.
My biggest downfall is beer, but this is what I have been eating.



Every morning, bowl of oats, with some sort of fruit in. Some coffee, good for weight loss!
Then eating 1 and a half tuna sandwhichs for lunch, and then potatoes and chicken with lettuce/salad crap for dinner, and a snack like some toast throughout the day. And just eat about 5 other bits of fruit through out the day as well. Its worked well for me.

best ways to loose weight through training.
Mix it up. Interval training (6 x 500 meter runs for eg.) causes you too loose weight more quickly that continuous training, (3 mile run continuous)
Lifting weights as well as doing some CV based exercise burns more calories than solely doing CV exercise.

So basically, do interval trainig and weights, with one or two longer runs or whatever thrown into the mix. eat oats and tuna and fruit.

I've been spending days and days working on my project car, and I forget to eat much, just smoke alot and drink tea. Ive somehow got from 16 1/2stone that I have been for a year down to 15stone 1/4 in about 2 months, and thats not even trying.

Shite I need to go back to the gym :lol:

ps. Creatine never makes me angry.. well it didnt. Hmm I'm gonna do an experiment with it

A lot of people suffer from it. some say it's to do with sleep, some say its because you dont drink enough water with it, and you should always have breaks from it etc etc. So it effects some and not others. I know it effects me even after i tried all the medical recommendations.
