i have used those handwipes that you get in the tubs before (like gorilla wipes) other than that i give mine a wipe down with a damp cloth and them a quick spray with a silcone aerosol (i use rock oil as me bruv uses the stuff on his speedway bike :) ) to give them a nice shine

you could also try baby wipes or that kinda stuff and then add some dressing to shine them up

not used apc but im sure it would do a job of cleaning them then just apply some dressing to smarten them up

Just Tried APC at 1:1 worked really well, had to use it at full strength on some stubern parts, then sprayed plan water on and wiped off just to get all the APC off. :chill:

Tried baby wipes, but just broke up on the oil stains.

baby wipes are good. or, if you dont mind taking them off, dish washer works good aswell ( thats if its of the mechanical variety :lolz: )

Havnt tried APC yet either as i havnt come across an engine that has been dirty enough to warrant it
