On my 40 quid alloys(tyres included) i have dunlop sport 300s on the front and firestone firehawks on the back, but ooooo how tempted am i to get some toyo proxes or eagle f1s on the miglias

Had Eagle F1s, now I have Excellences' and they feel the same to me. No understeer and grip well, I can easily give it full throttle in 1st in the wet.

I've had proxes T1-S since last christmas, Give awesome grip i really do feel stuck to the road. I would reccomend them although i must admit to not having anything to compare to really.

Bump!

No need to start a new thread when one's here.

As some people know F1's are being discontinued so snap them up now.

However I'm unsure on which tyres to get as my mot is up in a month or two and i have none performance tyres on the front and wearing eagle NCT5's on the back, and one has had a nail in it for a month or two now.

Scott bums the Pirelli P Zero Nero's, and the Proxies are quite tempting. Though I've heard good thinks about Michelin Pilot Exalto's and Bridgestone Potenza S0-2 pole position albeit that they are expensive. But I don't care about price as long as it's not more than Â£70 a corner fitted and balanced.

Anyone?

Toyo proxes for Â£31 each delivered in 195/50/15 which isn't a bad price at all! Â£124 for 4!?

Ive just bought the Marganomi Zeta Linea's but havent had a chance to use the wheels yet. Will update when i know.

Other than that i dont usually buy a set of tyres unless the cost me near or over Â£200 as i like expensive rubber. Very partial to a bit of GSD3 Eagle F1 and always have been. Buying the Marganomi's was a big change from the norm to test what they are like for many of my mates that want to know. Plus the tread patten is certainly different and sexy :insanity:
