What mods are needed to use a rover manifold on a zetec?

An adaptor plate will obviously be needed to fit onto the zetec, or cut and weld a zetec manifold bit to the rover item.

But how do you go about the mods for the ISCV, throttle body, and on the zetec manifolds they have the 2 pipes and the sensor on the back of them, what do you do about them for the rover manifold?

cheers

your rs1800 one is good for about 300bhp i think ;)

no cutting, no modding required then :D

best person to speak to about the rover inlet would be Ian H ;)

Just seeing if it was worth the hassle.

I'll stick with the RS1800 inlet manifold.

Just need to figure out the injectors and any mods to the injector rail, as supposedly fuel will leak around them due to the boost pressure?!

The 130PS inlet manifold is good to way over 300hp.. but pushing things doesn't always net you great results.

Yes, the std manifold isn't designed for positive pressure so the seal design isn't good enough. You have to modify the manifold.. there are a couple of ways you could do it really.
