Insurance companys pay no attention to "named bonus" im afraid, unless specified by people like Direct line, and even then its non transferable between companys
Try the comparison sites (plenty of them) add you parents, (both if you can, assuming they have clean records and are in whats classed as a "proffessional occupation")
Remember, being 18, you only need TPFT, full comp is not worth the extra per year.
Annual mileage is simply an estimate (otherwise, they'd ask you at the end of the year)........therefore estimate.....wink, wink ......
just don't give them the current mileage of the car 
Your occupation will effect things greatly, office jobs are better than manual jobs of students im afraid.
Thats about the only advice I can give really, other than get quotes on loads and loads of cars (appears you've done alittle of that).......then
get the car based on its insurance cost
