im trying to fit the white dials i got frm phil :D nd i removed all clocks easily nd the glass cover now im at the point where i needa remove the needles!

mine dnt seem to be coming off and i have given em a litle tug jst i dnt wanna end up braking them completely!

so any tips !

aggreed with dan on this one...even a normal household spoon will do....i used a pair of wire sidecutters..but then i do have a bit of a reputation as an animal :P :lol:

just dont go too mad else youll break something but they do come off with moderate effort

i remember doing mine with a fork

temp gauge was a real pigbag to remove

be careful with them as i dont think you can by the needles on there own

i used a fork to get inder and lift them off, this wasn't on a ford though


one thing also to think about, you may struggle to get the fuel gauge back in the right position and have to fill the car up and then put the needle back on(not sure if the fiesta fuel gauge works the same was as the mazda i did it on)
