the grey ones are 403 and the yellow cossie injectors are 400 i think

I make yellows out to be 302cc/min (equal to 29.6lb/hr) approx 60.4bhp each, and the Greys as 503cc/min (49.3lb/hr) approx 100bhp a piece

Any cosworth ones flow min 350cc max 450cc!

450cc/min is ridiculous for 200hp.. For decent control, idle and emissions you wouldn't really want to go much above 300cc. You can get a wide range of 'Ford Racing' injectors by Bosch in 200, 300 and 400cc (roughly) sizes for little money from the States. The red ones are 320cc/min. That'd be the one i'd go for.

Old style 'cossie' EV1 injectors don't atomise as well as some of the more modern ones (even from Bosch)..
