Cleaned it today

Noticed winter has given the paint a battering

Laquar (sp) peal and general crap spots, few little tiny bits of rust showing, but only very tiny

So tempted to get it full repsprayed later this year and sort any rust :look:

I had a car wash yesturday, and today I was like WTF.. thats just the B roads around here and I have only done 20 miles :rolleyes:

Wheels are getting new tyres within the next 3 days, and they are getting refurbed in April when I can afford to get them done

Might give them a quick coat of white spray paint when the tyres are off, just to make them look a lil bit better for the RR day!

Got a spot of rust near the fuel flap, and under the rear lights that I want doing, and near the passenger side door rubber

and then theres the general other stone chips and laquer peel that does my head in.

it does look good but I want it looking better, so tempting with the idea of respray if I can sort out a decent price with my mates

Think I need a set of flaps on the front too!

Mudflaps are in the post, as are some new wheels nuts as I have lost one, and being group a rally wheels they are expensive

lol

Also a rear strut brace in the post to tighten it up a little better

Also I am happy now because my mate says it doesnt need a respray and he is going to do all the little bits separate, along with a new drivers wing cause mines broke at the bottom where it connects to the sill, which we will do once the TD is on the road, so the RS can get some tlc

Got my replacement wheel nut today

after talking to jam about what nut it actually was, he said it would be a group a nut as they are rally wheels, and he pointed me into the direction of rallydesign.co.uk which had the correct wheel nut I needed for the wheels

But ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£8.50 flat rate on anything posted, so I thought I might as well get an OMP rear strut brace while I was paying so much for postage

Got them fitted today, spot on

Also got some mudflaps for the front, but I am first figuring how to secure them on the front without falling off (remember I have no arch lip to connect to lol)
