oh, missed a couple of pics. Yup i spotted the wishbone / lowerarm cheers for the spotting tho guys. I think the drop link looks okay..

After i put the horrible old steels on, i took it for a test drive around the block and it seemed okay heads towards the left a bit but the wheels wont help that, steering seems okay. Think i could get away with driving it into town to get it looked at, or am i just going to cause more damage driving as is?

Next question is, looking at lower arms on ebay, are they different for manual vs powersteering? and thus are all mk3s on the same wishbones?

which i suppose leads me on to, do i get a pair of polybushed lowerarms as i need to replace this one anyway? expect i will as long as they arent too much, day off college tomorrow methinks

i think there is s difference in the PAS vs non PAS ones, i'm not 100% sure tho

if your going to get a pair you might as well get a pair of poly pushed ones

pas ones have a larger balljoint, so the non pas ones wont fit your hubs,

personally i think you should scrap it and sell me your skirts

okay mini update. Fitted the lower arm but was an absolute pain in the ass as the jack didnt fit under the splitter......so an hour and a half later id found a way to finally jack it up but to cut a long story short one the bolts is shagged so i shall definitely be into fords tomorrow, getting a new set and ordering a polybushed arm for the drivers side too (not from ford)

Next item, id like some bigger arches xr/rs style but id like to keep my skirts so im thinking of buying xr arches and either trimming / reshaping them to fit. not blending them into the skirts, leaving a couple of mm gap. How difficult is working with fibre glass? honestly tho, i havent used it before

Im also eyeing up an rs rear bumper as id like something with a bit more shape to it than the si one, besides how many aubergine Rs's are there

Personally im liking the white ones (btw in the photoshop i think theyre an inch too big meh)
