after waiting a while for this to come it finally arrived today :) s2 2.0 zetec :devil:

ill hopefully start work on it at the weekend getting it all built up for the fiesta :)

dont no what to do with the packageing as it came in a 4m by 2m huge yellow plastic box :lol:

chuck the 2.0 exhaust manifold, use your 1.6 one ;)

but if you want the egr still gone then buy the plugs 8-)

UPDATE!!!

got to work on the engine when i got home from work today, managed to strip most of it down, just the alternator and afew lil bits left to come off!

i managed to get the cam belt / warter pump and cam belt tensioner/pully done today aswell 8-)

as i had some time i thought id have a go at getting the rocker cover looking nice so i wire brushed it all down the buffed it up with a buffering disc on a drill then laqured it ;) looks pretty nice if i must say :)

heres some pictures sorry about the quality they were done on my phone in a very badly lit garage lol 8-)

after haveing so much trouble trying to get an rs1800 inlet and tb i finally found someone local on ebay who had one for sale! 8-) so i went and got that today :) pretty much everything i need now!

me being me i gave the inlet a good clean as it was thilthy and looked horrible :lol: and i have given then engine a compleatle clean aswell to get it looking spotless for when it goes in the car :)
