yea i have been in touch with trading standards and they told me to write a letter to the company asking for a refund and if i dont get a refund they will take things further, apparently they have had a lot of complaints about this company.

also i rang the company again yesterday and they said that they have given me a refund. so i gota check my bank now.

the first thing i ever bought on ebay was an alpine headunit and it took 3 MONTHS to arrive, the bloke went to fooking war ffs :x
but i hunted him down using his postcode to find his home number and i spoke to his missus and she sent it out to me, i havn'e had any bad shit since
