very easy to change mate, I actually sent this to Paul off here the other night as he asked about it:
It's actually not as bad as it looks. First off, drain your radiator by undoing the plug at the bottom right. Then, take off the pipe thats at the top left (where it's moulded in the rad hose), then take off the water rail pipe (very top), then where it connects to the radiator, and finally the engine block pipe. To get to the jubilee clip on the block part, you will need to go through a gap in one of the engine mounts with a screwdriver.Then when you are pulling the pipe off, make sure the clip doesnt get stuck and prevent the pipe from coming off (this is what happened to mine, so had to get the screwdriver back though the mount to fiddle about).
Then pull the tugger off the block part.
Then it's simply a case of putting it all back on in reverse order. A little tip is to rub a little bit of washing up liquid round the edges of the pipes, only a bit mind, just to make it easier, otherwise you'll struggle like a biatch. Tighten up the jubilee clips, and fill back up with coolant. You'll be pretty much refilling the whole coolant system, so make sure you do it right with enough mixture (50-50). Once it's been drained, I think it takes about 4litres to top it all back up
