is there any chance someone can have a look under their bonnet of there 1.6 for me please?
im trying to fit the fiesta si loom into my mk4 escort with a zetec engine.
the thing is i cant figure out where all the wires go and i have looked in haynes manual and the online manual too with no success.
the problem is i cant find the wire that goes onto the white block on the back of the coil pack!
also i cant find out what wire should go to the temp sensor on the front/ bottom of the thermostat housing.
i have a plug with 4 pins but only 2 wires on it, its the same shape as the lambda sensor plug but with just 1 brown and 1 brown/green stripe wires.
also what colour are the injector wires on each injector from 1-4?

You will definitely need to get your hands on a copy of TIS other wise its going to take you ages to get some one to help you. I'd help you but its a long process mate shame your not nearer.

the top plug that looks like a lamda sensor plug has got to be engine temp and the two pin oval one im guessing is fan switch.
the other is engine temp for dash.
so im just stuck on the loom into the car

harsh, im trying to get mine sorted, trying to figure out the ecu,

using a 1.6 16v si engine loom, at the mo ive got aescort gti ecu that came with the engine, i was told that is was external pats and internal edis so i thort it could work, but having trouble with the pin swaps, what ecu did u use mate?

as after one thats not silly money, and one i can get hold of also
