Id like to try and improve torque, the quicker and harder the torque pulls ya head back the better in my opinion :P

i tried a pipercross induction kit / air filter, hardly noticed a diffrence really, so sold that for £20 on ebay, thats £40 i lost! :rolleyes:

is there any other methods of trying? what about a k&n, or wouldnt it be much diffrent to a pipercross? i also wouldnt mind acceleration increased also

so come on, any tips, advice or anyone with a SI 1.4 that has asked the same question before and done something about it, then please reply

bin the 1.4 engine and whack an RSTurbo engine in.. no other way

no way can u improve this engine as the valves are tiny and restricted the only way u cud do it is puttin a four branch on it forced induction kit chip and that aint even gonna get u much cus of the valve and piston sizes just stick a 2.0 in or a rs turbo lump
