My rear beam is very slightly bent, putting the camber out by 3 degrees. So Im gunna get a new rear beam and also going to polybush it whilst Im at it. But unsure wether to polybush the rear ARB whilst Im at it, anyone reckon its worth polybushing the rear ARB as well?
One other question, everywhere I like has two prices for the bushes for the ARB, both say for a set of 4 20mm poly bushes, but the price for one set is £20 and the price for the other set is £60!?! Anyone know why and what the difference is? Any advice would be helpfull.

nah i think the anti roll bar is ok( if the beam has one) i think its where the suspension mounts

i think its to do with the diffent sizes

like i said i am not 100%, i will let someone else who is more technical than me explain :red: :look:

yeh the xr2i, si, rs1800 and rst beams r the same but the rs1800 beam i have is slightly different to my si one the roll bar brackets a bit diff, but fits all the same :)

Al the rear bems will fit the same, but the non-arb ones wont have the holes tapped for the arb brackets.

The ZS beam fits straight on, and you can use the drums. Ive just fitted one on mine so you could have the old beam but your miles away :lol:

actually just read through a guide by puretom, and the ZS beam fits and is a direct replacement! SO can be on the lookout for one of them as well. Are there any advantages of using a ZS beam, apart from the possibility of a rear disc upgrade???
Also, just a thought, would a rear beam of any mk 3.5 work? or is it only the xr2i ones, rs 1800, rs turbo and si ones that work? Might see if they do if I cant find anything else.
