reprofiling is good, matt you neccacerily need stronger sprins.. you can use cams with everythign standard.. but to make the most of it then your best bet will be to get solid lifters and srpings etc..

paul.. while all thats out... do the valve stem seals at the same time :P

Cam kit on piper cams include: cams, followers, valve springs, timing disk and lube - £560 blank

or just cams, followers, timgin disk and lube - 325 repro, 520 blank

Can you give me a lil list of everything I would need , as I probably can't afford everything :lol:

well.. how far do you plan on taking the engine..

all the way to thrtottle bodies.. high comp pistons and custom mappable etc?

if so then hell yes..

but if not its up to you £400/10 = £40 per 1bhp

there not that expencive.. if you have them properly tuned etc

but running any modified engine will cost more.. as the manufactures (sp) designed them to last a while and be economical (to a degree)
