Ive been told i need spigot rings to fit my wolfrace quantums on my si, is this true? If so where can i get some from?

tried in there but as the wheels i have were manufactured in 03 and theyve stopped doing them halfords cant get any. They tell me this after they've taken my money . .

Thanks mate, just need to find out the diameter of my wheels and that of the hub now. Any ideas on the hub diameter?
