well i was offered this car for free virtually apart frm like £10 for the tax it has left !!



well the person who owns it is this girls dad and he brought new car as his sierra was playing up.
it wont go any faster than 10mph he said !! i think thts wat he meant lol but car has some extras like alloys, smoked rear lights, exhaust,

but i was wondering wat could cause engine to do tht !! and for free im thinkin of breaking it lol!! also would brakes fit si ?

Need more info for anyone to be able to diagnose why it won't go faster than 10mph. Does the engine make any noises? Is it stuck in a gear? Just whatever it does may help.

Although, I would've thought you'd be able to make your money back straight away byt selling stuff off it. The problem is, I doubt there's a great deal you can sell after the mods, so you'll then be left with a car you'll have to scrap!

well ive been to look at it ! had little plaY!

its revs fine ! but as soon as load is put upon the engine it doesnt seem to like it and tries to drop revs!!

i will try get a video of the car moving

its DOHC engine !! the problem may be simple ive gotta take a look at it to check and see!!

i have a saph cossie but have had about 7 sierras all together.

if its a twin cam i would say have a look at the Map sensor, had similar problems under load when mine went balls up.

i would have it off ya but i cant get it down to mine ( sussex ) from yours

got tax and mot till 20th september ! both !!!

its lovely car !!! i was told new calipers all round nd discs nd pads ! in last 3years only done 3k lol !!
