yeah, prob need a front end structural rebuild as the engine is probably HUGE, and would need to strengthen car, huge brakes, roll cage, insurance wouldnt touch you, handling would be a mess until you spent huge dollar on building a custom suspension setup, etc etc

As mentioned its a whole different breed to the 2.0 conversion.

Also its not too easy to get more power out of the st170 engine.

For the money I would say fit a 2.0 and tune the hell out of it will easily get around the same power.
