Can anyone recommend a good wheel refurbishment company in the West Midlands and prices per wheel ?

No, but I can recommend you DON'T go to "Chips Away". Mate at work had a quote for 2 wheels the other day - ?90 And they arent really that bad, just a couple of chips on each!

?90 for 2 wheels . Thats ?45 a piece. Was looking for ?25 a wheel. That way i can get the lot done for ?100.

I am going to be getting mine done soon too, so will let you know if and when I find out a decent price. The thing about them Chips Away people, they told my mate "It's usually ?90 per wheel, but we'll do both for ?90!"

I have heard of people getting them done for ?25\?35 per wheel. Never heard anything about ?90 per wheel. Like you said can get a new wheel for that..........i reckon there just trying it on.

Evil you live Birmingham way dont you ?, if you can find anyone near you at a decent price let us know mate. Its for the New 17" Kahns i got today. Theyve got more kerbing on them then i thought, and after paying for the wheels, and once ive got\paid the tyres for them, after all that money its gonna be a shame that they are not looking brand new, so i thought i wouldnt mind spending ?100 to get them looking like mint con.

found a company in Birmigham called Rainbow Polishing, you might even know it or heard of it.

Takes out kerbing & scuff marks and re-laquering of each wheel. Typical cost for a set of 4 is ?100 for a standard finish. Ring em on 0121-5650967.

Too late to ring thm today so will try on Monday, but if the price is correct and the companys still going strong, that will suit me, not too far to travel and the cost is within my budget, i'll give you an update on Monday mate.
