I really really really want a S1 Rallye as a daily driver once the Chargers on! :lol:

The lad that did my torsion bar was sorting a S1 Rallye with the valver engine in, was white too :insanity: , and only wanted £2000 for it, i wish i had 2k! :cry: I even thought for a bit do i sell the S2 and get that.

The S1's weight with a 1.6 16v engine would be a right larf. :insanity:

Just needed a good detail! :)

So i think i may start saving a little to get a S1 i don't think it would have to be a 16v converted one, as im sure just having the 1.3 100Bhp would be good enough for a daily, so i may just buy a cheap one and sort it out :) .

And i also know scott really wants one too! :) Do it scott DO IT! :D

i prefer the s1 i think, 2 boys in college with me who r best mates have 106 rallyes, 1 has an s1 and 1 has an s2, but i prefer the s1, nd wat amazing performance for a 1.3!! although i have never been in the s2. yet.

Matt how does yours handle now compared to the standard alloys and tyre size it had on previously? :) Just curious.

And also while I'm here, have you been in a rallye (s1 or s2) with standard suspension before?

My Rallye had Standard suspension when i got it, handled really good, back end tends to get light tho! :0 :insanity: :chill: And S1's, i've only ever been in a slammed 16v'd one! :chill: :chill:

The C5's Rolling Radius is the same as the 14's as they had huuuuge tyres on them and where scary on corners as they tended to fold. Alot more sturdy with the C5's on with the unsprung weight reduced.

14's would have been good if i had put lower profile tyres on that where over a better quality as the Nankangs where to hard compound and didn't grip well! :)

my mates got a s2 and i would love one ( know one heard me say i want a french car!!! :x ) but cant afford one, looked at S1's but just like the looks of the s2 more, and well even tho in the S1 there is some sort of witch craft to get the power from that engine, i would always be its not a s2 when i got in to it.
looks like ill need a DD but think ill say dub,

wanna go out in ur s2 ones its dont matty, ill put my name on that very long list!!!!
