Glad you got the cruise sorted

I was going to get auto dimming mirror aswell but seeing as ive got rear tints, it blocks most the light before it gets to the mirror anyway and apparently i need a new type of windscreen to fit the mirror

would love the auto lights feature on my leon, wonder if its possible to retro fit one, as this wasn't possible even as an option.

Cheers Paul that would be a great help, I did find one on eBay last night but they wanted £60 for the thing! Crazy don't think I'd pay more than £20 for one, even that seem steer for a switch

Cheers mate I think it will come in handy for me as I'm one of these people who have my roof down even when its dark so I get a lot to headlights blinding me when there behind me with the roof down! Auto lights is great on my partner's A3 and can't wait to get it all fitted to mine. I'm sure you can retrofit it somehow, end of the day the Leon is just a vw golf underneath, same as the A3, can't see the looms being to different between them

I've been borrowing my mums 2012 golf tdi blue motion and that's got auto wipers and headlights and the auto dimming mirror, at night down the motorway I was turning the dimming mirror on and off and was surprised what a difference it made. You should defo get that sorted mate.

Cool, yeah there a rather hood feature to have, I would like the dimming wing mirrors also but they never come up cheap! As soon as its delivered ill get it fitted, should arrive Monday hopefully!

Well its fitted! was a pain in the arse but i got there in the end had to fabricate my own windscreen mount due to this being from a new shape A4, wiring was abit of a pig but it all works as it should now also fitted LEDs into my spot lights and sun visor lights to match with my footwell lighting will get a night photo soon.
