oh no i totally agree with you perc. the leaf looks quite good but its gonna be the same until they develop a better kinetic recharge system. It was on the radio the other day, until they can get electric cars to go further than ~100 miles hybrids will always be the only sensible medium between environment and convienience.

well i still think james may is right from that episode of top gear where he tested the honda clarity hydrogen powered car. in my opinion thats the only way forward is hydrogen. renewable source for the future!

They are over priced and gay.

However I agree with the Honda being next way to refuel. Its what we know and 0 emissions. The leaf sounds better than what I thought but could do with more range but as said "things can only get better"

Anything is better than the ridiculously priced prius.

As mentioned that will give better performance then my Focus and batteries just keep getting better.

The way to see it is its th future if we like it or not.

It's water, lol

More in depth, it's water (clean or mildly dirty) that is electrolised, and it then gives off nitrogen bubbles which rise to the top, so it needs to be done in a high pressure containter to collect the gas and not let it escape

So yes, very renewable haha

By all means electricity is strictly renewable, but it can be generated by renewable means.

you haved a huggggge amount of ocean to steal water from, just use a brita filter or something.

Apparently you can use sea water, the salt helps produce more nitrogen.

Yes it maybe just one drop in the ocean but it will run out.
