Yeah, I did see that Jon, but thought I'd ask so I can get a full list of stuff that may improve the car including removal of swirl marks, and strange "pits" that have appeared on my roof! Grrr! lol |

Hi Des, the line up on my site produces this on Diamond White: ![]() ![]() Obviously you can't get it to shine like dark colours, but you can still get a great finish. If you wanted to add or substitute as paste wax, go for Collinite No.476s as it's lower carnauba content suits white. For the swirls; working by hand you're limited, but SSR2 will be as good as it gets - or you can use SSR1 (not quite such good results, but easier to use over a whole car). Gareth ![]() |

Sorry to drag this one back up, but its a similar question, whats the best way to go about getting the best from silver as after the accidednt dmage is repaired its gonna get a proper clean, this is the best i could do with what i had already(deep crystal paint cleaner and gold class wax) ![]() And yes i know about waiting a couple of weeks before washing or polishing new paint, my mate learned that the hard way ![]() |

Re-birth..... Hello Gaz, Can you please recommend a product that i can use on the part above my windscreen and A pillar posts to make it black again??? (Its not painted, its material) As you can see in the picture enclosed its a lot lighter compared to the roof so would like something to bring it back (that won't run off down the paint work and stain etc) ![]() Thanks in advance dude ![]() |

Hi mate, Some extra questions for you: 1) When you say like the roof material - is it porous? Or is it more of a hard plastic? 2) Have you cleaned it at all? 3) If you spray it with APC or a 50:50 water/alcohol mix, does it momentarily look better while it is wet until it dries out? Does it turn darker when it gets wet? Gareth ![]() |
