Hi all, any tips on how to prevent dust settling so easily once you have cleaned your car... i.e. yesterday I did a fairly deep clean on my Fsi, and today it has a very noticeable layer of dust ALL over it, making my work pointless  Is it a case of park it somewhere slightly more enclosed? It's the weather recently mate, there is a lot of fall out everywhere, the only real option is to put it in a garage. If you polished your car, you can just get a soft cloth and brush the dust off. That's what i've had to do the past week or so. The car is still clean it's just light dust that sits on top of the polish so even if you blow it, it will come off |

Wax it, give it a quick wipe down with detailing spray when dusty. Thats seems to be the only way I know. |

You cant stop it at all, best thing to do is just go over it with a decent microfibre cloth
