OK, If its not ok to put this in here then just remove please mods, Been thinking about this all weekend and what i can do to both further myself and this forum. so this is what i have come up with, An exterior detail, envolving 1) wash and dry 2) clay 3) PGT of the whole car and written report 4) Correction 5) polish / Glaze 6) wax / sealant depending on colour and needs of owner 7) plastics treated 8) wheels sealed 9) glass cleaned If time left, interior hoovered trims treated Obviosly, im not going to do this for nothing, a few of you know how time consuming this is and how much effort goes into doing it. im asking for £85 for the work within reason. and 15% from anywork i get will go towards this forum. If the car came comes too me, i will work from 7.30 until 17.30, that works out at less per hour than my 9-5 you lucky lot. Level of correction depends on may factors which will be discussed with the owner. |

That's not a bad price at all considering the cost of products used as well.. What do you charge for a complete interior valet? The place near me charges £45. |

shampoo carpets and hoover, clean and shine all trim, clean and hoover all seats and basically get it looking and smelling nice - i don't think they offer anything more for the price. |

similar to what i will offer when i have my wet vac. all carpets and seats hoovered and wet vac'd. all trim cleaned and treated. rubber seals cleaned and treated. glass cleaned all i have been doing is as above but without the wet vac'ing but until i have the vac have no idea about how long it wil take me so cant price it. |

you know if you want some work with details, why don't you try some other vehicles than cars? you never know what work is out there, maybe much larger transport if you know what i mean ![]() |

sounds like a good price as already said a lot of work goes into to this stuff especially when you are doing it properly as i know from experience maybe you could do a discount if the owner wants to get involved too and at the same time learn about proper detailing? |
