Saw someone post this on the Integra forum today





So I was like, cool

Had to have a look, saw this website:

Was a bit miffed with the 4 digit price tag, so looked on eBay as per (it's an addiction)



£399 starting price, want it!

I now have even more specific requirements for my future house. Basically it needs a garage big enough to be able to fit a ramp, have a shed I can extend height wise, etc.

The ebay ramp isnt a bad price either. You know how far they have to dig into the ground to put the bolts in? Its quite a way! So you'd need to make sure the foundations are decent too lol

Yeah that's it, hence the portable lift was more of a viable option, need to have a further look on the bay..

there is a house in wythenshawe iv delivered to many times with a sort of see saw ramp which gives the car quite some clearance off the ground, only issue is you need your wheels on.

Ry, there's a house round the back of my old place that has one of these, he works in a bodyshop and does jobs on the side in his garage. I drove past him once with the doors open and seen a car up on one of these and from that day, wanted one!

Lads I used to work for a company installing garage equipment and sometimes crappy things like this all over the country. They are alright for changing wheels, brakes and what not but for what that guy is doing I would say no to that. Even the more expensive type of scissor lift is prone to dropping on 1 side and I certainly wouldn't work under that. Like i said these cheapy chinese or Japanese things are very dangerous they have no locking mechanisms or safety features what so ever. If you value your life stay way away from these sort of lifts. I can give you a company's details who will sell you good second hand units for a good price which won't kill you.

I will have room for one of those...
