Yup. Definitely available on the 2.0 and if memory serves, the V6 as well. Limited numbers made. Don't know who's responsible for the drivetrain, although I can't believe it'd be too dissimilar from the Sierra box. |

iirc they only ever made the 2ltr in the si the 4x4 setup will be similar to the rs2000 4x4 using a mtx 75 gearbox as the sierra system will be different as the engine and box is mounted longditudinal where as the mondeo and rs2000 is transvers |

the engine in my Si camr from a 4x4 mondeo  a mate and myself did look at how easy/or how not so easy it was going to be to bolt the running gear to my fez

To much work to get it to fit...custom prop shaft needed, no tunnel needed as it runs at an angle like the rs2000 4x4 but will need the floor raised in a certain area to alow prop to travel  The mondeo rear diff is pants tho  Looked into it myself to...not worth it.lol |
