Need this gone ASAP.
98 reg 106 Quicksilver with:
- 2002 106 GTI 1.6 16v Engine (Apparently the engine has got aftermarket cams - down on the log back as a 1.4 still)
- unlocked ECU
- Induction Kit
- 4" Backbox
- Rallye Michelin Steelies
- All GTi front end suspension and running gear
- Drum back axle
- VTS front seats
- Quicksilver backseats
- Aftermarket Alarm
This car needs a lot of TLC and would be a great track car or may be worth simply breaking and nabbing the engine. The car has no tax or MOT and needs to be towed away. The car has been resprayed but the finish isn't very good, and plenty of things need fixing such as the reverse light, speedo, interior plastics, seats may have light mold from being damp and left to sat, dead battery, wheels need refurbishing, doors won't unlock as the key is is for the ignition, yet as the battery is dead the doors can't unlock via the alarm, front bumper needs fixing, etc. etc.
It has had lots fitted to it in the past year (around £700 in parts) but is still a way off from being completed, so is worth more in parts to most people. items fitted consist of engine mount, throttle cable, gearbox fluid, ps fluid, air sensor, ecu cover, ariel, side repeaters, nuts for various components, TREs, shaft carrier, ARB's, gear selector, wishbones, ps pump, driveshafts, etc.
This is simply SOLD AS SEEN as please bear in mind that it is rough, the pictures actually do it a favour. There is only a few pieces of written paper for service history.
