It’s time for me to sell my Clio, I’m advertising on here first because I want it to go to a good home and to a fellow enthusiast who I know will look after it.
The car was registered in 2004 on a 04 plate, although it has a private plate which came with the car when I brought it as the previous owner no longer required it, this will be included with the car. The current mileage is 46,600 but will increase as I’m still using the car to get to work etc. I am the 3rd owner of this car and I have owned the car since March 2009.
The car is taxed until the end of May and is MOT’d until June 13th 2011. The car has a full Renault service history; log book, service book, all manuals and all old MOT certificates and Tax Certificates. I also have all receipts for parts brought for the car and work carried out on it since I’ve owned it.
The car has both cup suspension and spoiler packs fitted to it (which I found very difficult when I was looking to purchase a 182).
The car is pretty much standard apart from some small modifications such as; carbon front diamond, anthracite bullets, civic type r aerial, silver vision bulbs all round, smaller front number plate (still have the original sized one) and an aluminium foot plate. All standard items will be provided too. An aftermarket stereo is currently fitted; however this will be replaced by the standard manufacturer unit.
The car is in good condition for its age and has never given me any problems since I’ve owned it. The car has had the cambelt & aux belt replaced in Oct 2010 by Dan @ 519 Automotive (top bloke) and had a major service and MOT by Wests of Bedford in June 2010.
I had the car rolling roaded at Street Racers in Leicester in October 2009 where it made 177.5 bhp; I have a printout with full details.
I try to clean the car (inside and out) every week. The interior is very clean with no rips or tears and the exterior is also in good condition apart from a few minor stone chips on the bonnet and two slight marks on the rear bumper where (to my annoyance) someone has scraped against the rear bumper whilst trying to park. I have included pictures of this (below). I was looking to get the bumper repaired however I have just not had the time to get round to it.
