I got this car along with a fiesta turbo from a local guy, the plan was to reshell the rotten rs into this shell as it's mint. I have since bought another fiesta turbo so no longer have the space or need for this one.
It's just gone past 103k and runs like a dream. Never had a zetec that runs so smooth
The car has had alot of money spent on it this year as detailed below
New brake hose
New lower arms and drop links
New calipers, discs and pads
New rear brake shoes, masters and adjusters
New sills on both sides
New rear arches on both sides
Full respray in pacifica blue
New head gasket and pressure tested head
New timing belt kit and waterpump
Full service Inc leads and plugs
As you would expect the body work is near mint
Inside has the rs1800 Tigre print wingbacks all in very good condition, electric windows and central locking, leather steering wheel with air bag. All electrics work as they should do bar the boot popper
Has mot till fen 2012 and will be tax for 6 months at the end of July
It returns around 250 miles to £40 worth of fuel so is very good mpg return
Totally standard example, can supply spax suspension kit and stainless exhaust, cossie brakes, induction kit etc at extra cost if required and even fit these bits.
Will be a shame to see it go as it's been very reliable for the last 3 months I've been using it
Will not come with the comps but a set of escort 5 spokes or mk6 rs2k wheels
