can i have a roll call for everyone who is crashing at the hotel the night before fitp?
would the southern lot like to meet up and convoy in? what time is everyone planning on arriving at the hotel?

 well sam and adam dont finish work until about 1-1.30pm on so we're looking to hit the road at about 3pm which way would you go around the m25, clock wise or anti with us? as we'll be heading towards the tunnel for the m11 i think it is |

Not sure what time I'm getting there, probs late afternoon I suppose Will be heading down the M1 from good old northern Sheffield. Junction 32 down to junction 19. If anyone will be doing any of that stretch of the M1 we could meet at a services?  How many are staying at the hotel this year btw? |

right the guys, it takes roughly 2hrs from my house to get to red wings. we are hoping to set off from Reigate at about 3pm on sat so if we say meet anyone from south london type area at clacket lane service. Meeting Point info M25 - Clacket Lane Services (TN16 2ER)- @ 3.15-3.30pm Leaving Time - @3.45pm Meeting Point info M11 - Birchanger Services (CM23 5QZ) - @4-4.15pm Leaving Time - @4.30pm Final Stop Red Wings Lodge - PE28 5XP - 5.30-6pm Hopefully traffic will be kind to us  could people please confirm at which services they are meeting us at so i know how many to wait for Clackets Meilack Mole & Emma Sam Phil Adam Woods Andy boroffc Birchanger Services |
