Could have lost from manifold i guess. Interesting to know though as i have a chipped 1.6 too. Phil's 1.6 did similar last year though without one :? I'd be (optomistically) hoping for 100 from mine, not sure now though.

So how much power did the micra put out, what sort was it, and what mods???

a friend of mine had his RR'd at 100bhp, with induction kit, and Janspeed exhaust system including de-cat and manifold. It's a 1.3 Super S, but i'd suspected dodgy rollers tbh.

The idle wont be helped due to the p+p head I would guess?
The cat will free it up also
If you were going to get cams get them set up properly with no cat, and to see most gains aftermarket ecu would free up a lot also

I think the way he can overlay old maps onto the new one was really good as you wouldn't have noticed the power increase along the rev range if he hadn't done that.
And for people like Graham it was good to show the difference in engines! 8-)

yeah apart for noticing the dip in peak power it looked about the same as last year :lol: untill gordon overlaid my run from last year, i was up on torque and power through out the rev range just died when it peaked 8-)

not bad for 150k engine i say

we did the same with becks' 1.6 print out and her 2.0 print out and the power dies near in exactly the same time on her old 1.6 as it does now with her 2.0 :rolleyes:
