thxs mate the accident which i had ripped the cafe muscle of the bone and i have Cellulitis so i am on penicillin and pain killers also the leg is swollen its about 75 mm bigger then the other leg its been like 9 days had to go up to A&E as they also surpected a blood clot in my leg but that was fine ( the problem was because i pushed a car) a m reg mondeo

I've not long started a new job, and my shifts are HORRIBLE. I'm going to try and get a swap done for FITP, even if the shifts around that day kills me.

i would like to forewarn anyone who hasn't seen me in a while...which is going to be most of you. im probably going to be pimping some form of walking aid. crutches and a pop out chair or if im feeling brave. a wheelchair. its only because my minds upto it....my body just says 'jog on fat boy' :lol:

so if you do see me in a chair.....dont freak out...its just so i can enjoy the day without worrying about my legs giving out after half an hour of walking about
