I've been on here a few months but haven't got round to showing my Si. I got it in summer '07 and it has been a joy to own. I brought it for the princely sum of Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£260 and its needed a few bits and pieces of things doing here and there but not too much. Its in what i think is the best colour that is java blue and is completely standard apart from the 14" Escort Xr3i Cabriolet alloys i've put on.

Don't really think the wheels suit the Si though.

I like the flaps, and did the mirrors come colour coded already?

That looks so nice and clean. 2nd Best colour too

Personally im not sure on the wheels, but if you like them, keep them. If everyones car was the same we'd have nothing to talk about!

yeah the wing mirrors came colour coded when i bought it, one less job for me to do!

Have you guys got any suggestions of what i could do?

rs rear clusters would look the nuts, only thing holding me back is the price but then i guess they're an investment as they seem to hold their value.

I'd be interested in lowering but i wouldnt want to spend a great deal of money. What would the ride be like if i put either 25mm or 35mm springs on standard shocks?

Don't bother with just springs, as the standered shocks will go in no time, and the improvement you get from the handling will be well worth the money. The majority of people on here think that 35mm is the right lowering measurement too.

Defo go for the lights though, much better than the horrible orange indicator strip ones!
