Well mattyboy perchased Percy!'s old si from him a while ago to do the project 300 with as seen here But as he gave that up for Rallye style sexiness, it had been sat in jdfiesta's back yard and after ages of messing about we finally got it to my house with the help of others ![]() I havent got a pic of my own as its stuck in the garage at the moment, but its like this but with no wheels, suspension, arches, engine or bonnet ![]() ![]() So the plan! As it is generally in good nick apart from a few spots, the floor is solid so its all good ![]() Sort out tiny bits of rust on the rear arches ready to fit another xr2i skirt and arches kit Fit a new drivers side wing due to a hole, and get sprayed up Spray up and fit XR2i front bumper, Zetec S rear bumper, My old smooth boot, lowered on a set of uprated springs and shocks, trying to get hold of a RS Turbo bonnet to spray up and fit onto it Getting some alloys which will possibly be white, but maybe some other colour, not sure. Engine wise, slap a 2.0ltr engine back into it and work from that. Interior will mainly be stripped out as matty had already done most of this, I'll decide wether I want to go slaggish and strip out everything or not once I get it on the road working! Once I have some suspension and wheels on it later this week I'll post the pictures up of what state its in now ![]() Cheers, Paul. |
