Hey peeps,

sooo after all the hastle about the S1, it went back to the previous owner last monday nite, i was lookin like mad all day monday for a new car.

I wanted a Ford Escort Mk6 Si, i wanted one that had had a few things modified so it saved me time and money geting it how i wanted.

i found this one on the autotrader, 1998, 76k,t&t, lowered 40mm on Mondy st200 wheels in Radiant Red.
the guy wanted £1495 no offers,

i got there (there being Warrington), and was hooked from the word go, i made all the checks when buying a car, as you do, and yes i did make sure there was no major rot!!!

there are a few scabs but thats expected of a car of that age. its really tidy.

couldnt knock him dwn, i wanted 40quid off cz the indicator stork connection is a bit dodgy bt he sed you cud get one from the scrappy for next to nothin.

so i took it and here HE is (yes its a HE, cz evryones calling it BOB cz of the reg plate, even tho its a D.)



Got the plates done the second day i had it.





Check the Pee Shooter!!! that'll be replaced by a Cat back powerflow stainless steel system the day before Sixfields!! Yum





First engine mod, the old favourite, a K&N filter. im lovin the induction noise!!!



Fitted Friday.


Ordered some more bits Sunday,

Black Projector angel eye headlights
Black smoked side repeaters
Escort Gti/RS rear bumper spats.

im goin for a black and red theme as itl look moody, something ive never done before.

also on the list of things to do,

Some Black rear lights(not decided wot kind yet lol)
Gti/RS sideskirts
Cossie front splitter (Is a maybe)
Unichip
2.0l Cams
Unichip

So far so good, Wot do you all think, im open to suggestions

yo moe, its quicker than my 2.0 i6v Fiesta Si!!! n its standard apart from the filter. fuel economy is way better too!! i really am lovin this car.

I've only ever seen that and the Ibiza with the stickers on the side. That thing sounds mental, and was keeping up with the Evo on a straight (couldnt get traction on the roundabout though!).
