As the ones of you one fiestaturbo.com will know the 2.0 is being broke and I have bought a new car... and its a VTS... 
The fiesta was just a liability with it constantly breaking down so I had to pull the plug, I will post details on here when the 2.0 is being broke for parts, sorry guys (and girls) |

Si's are hardly rare, but that being said, you need to move on sometimes, and obviously there was nothing to resurect your interest in the Si. On the Saxo front, dont let opinion put you off, they weren't one of the best selling hatchbacks for nothing, suprisingly capable little motor, and with 120 ponies too, you can't grumble. One thing that does get me with Saxo's is the cramped drivers footwell, and lack of gap between pedals. Just because it's french, dont mean it's crap, my collegues Megane 225 is quite something to drive

You are right the Si really has lost my interest, it was turning into more of an expense than fun 
I did noticed the pedals on the test drive, wasn't the best, should be fine when I get use to it. As you say with 120bhp its not bad, not far behind the fiesta really, and with some cams and headwork they easily get to 150bhp which I may do in the future if I get attached to the car. The funniest bit was trying to find one without lexus lights and some stupid backbox, as it is this on as a full s/s magnex with a 3 inch tailpipe so sounds quite nice too

I am not a huge saxo fan either. I wanted something newer (and hopefully more reliable) and unfortunatly the best fiesta around that gae would be a zetec-s, and to be honest they aren't very good, would ahve cost me more to buy and insure and wouldn't be as quick. I do believe ford have lost there way with the more modern fiestas even the new st150 isn't that clever when you consider its a 2.0 and 2.0 clios are pushing 182bhp and believe the new model will be more. We all move on sometime
