Im just glad its gone to a new home. and im sure you will keep it as clean as i did. vag paint keeps really well mate, just keep it clean and polished up like. i used to wash and wax it every weekend pretty much and give it a blow over with the pressure washer in work to get the mud off a few times a week so thats y its so clean, only thing that lets it down is the rims, i regret buying a set of winters now like. so what have you done to it so far then? can we have a close up of them stickers please? ![]() what cars you shown up so far? lol what do you think of the handling on it kris? compared to a fiesta like? |

I think this car is a good move for you(although the fiesta was minty mint) as I can see some deep dish action on the horizon. |

nooo keep the wheels. just lower it a bit more so that theres minimum arch gap. theres no other wheels that suit the car better i think. |

Just done a bit of tidying up, Sprayed the front grill's Gloss black (idea pinched from mole ![]() Sprayed the rear wiper arm and front wiper arms as they were chipped and paint peeling. Im gonna keep the borbets, sending them off for a refurb when i get paid still not sure which colour might just keep with silver, or might go candy red. Coilies are being ordered, along with JBL Bass tube and new headunit. Then im gonna be buying my scorpion cat back with a proven 14bhp gain and BMC CDA filter which also has proven gains. Maybe just maybe carbon wrap the bonnet and roof ![]() |

Be interested to see what the grills would look like. i always used to just bumper black them right up, they used to look mint then. the wiper arms needed doing though.. wa coilys you going for? stretched tyres FTW lol. bring it up we can get some 155s on 7Js i think! wheels will look good once the dishes are polished up again. red wheels would look cool. im tempted to get red rota GT3s for the Ignis, with a polished lip. i hope the subs small enough to fit in the boot! lol i was tempted before to have my mate carbon wrap the mirrors and bonnet. the ignis will have a carbon fibre bonnet once ive saved 700 pounds lol.. wana swap bmc for stereo?? i could do with a better one in the ignis lol.. mite pop down with that mot certificate and standard shocks... see how the progress is coming. get some pics up!! oh, and what did it come up like after the mop? |

haha how did you do?? tbh i think the arosa got a bit more top end than the ignis. but only coz its got that de-cat pipe. do it! im gona have a rotrex supercharger fitted on the ignis sometime, should boost the power to around 190bhp.. |

Eventful day today, Noticed yesterday while driving into cardiff that under a bit of acceleration the car would float to the right the jerk to the left quite violently, knew this wasnt right so took it up to my mates garage we had a look and nothing seemed to be obvious, had a look at the nearside lower arm and it was loose so to say, and were the back bush bolts into the subframe the bolt had been overtightened and sheared and left like it, and if i drove any furthur it might of put me in a ditch! so new lower arm was ordered spent hours drilling the bolt out and re-tapping a thread and refitting the lower arm. |
