howdy lads, been a member on here for a while but never posted up a project log  so anyways here goes, i was mostly on fiestaguides since i got the car so theres a year and a half of project log here http://www.fiestaguides.co.uk/phpBB2/vi ... php?t=4642 if yee wanna take a browes threw it  i will however be updateing on here from now on aswel  comments are very welcome as always, good ta get some feedback

actually quite handy in a oil burner hcs could stop it all collecting in the filter |

that's pretty cool, I'm looking at catch tanks currently for mine. Sadly I have no random metal, nor a welder.

really good handy work on the oil catch tank!! Car is looking nice, cant believe it was sat at the bottom of a field for 3 years lol Keep up the good work! |

small update, swapped the front left disc for another one as there was a slight chip in mine and was sqweeling when brakeing  anyways sorted now! also took the exhaust off to polish it ohh and ir rained on it the other day so took a pic of the beading  comments welcome

alright lads i finally got my finger out 2 weeks ago and started getting ready for the engine change, i got the engine out of a 96 clx escort with 96,000 on the clock, its a 1.6 and its sweet as a nut, really well looked after, trying to work in the snow isnt the easiest but hey ho i got her out anyways heres the pics, theres a few first i had to find the car        then the stripping and cleaning began, nothing major, just to tidy it up         me and jason (spunkymonkey) cleaned up the block with a wire brush them went over it with degreaser a toothbrush and diesel, then i pained the coil bracket and a few other bits  i then brought the cam cover into work and got her dipped and blasted, i then polished the lettering with a dynablade, really happy how it came out              just a few more bits to do and shes ready to go in, comments are very welcome as always
