thought i would just share a few pics of my last fiesta a 1983 mk1 1.1L

didnt stay blue for long





this shot shows just how well they go off a set of lights keeping up with an RS3100 out of the 60foot











in full trim with full interior the car managed a 19.9 after alot of tweaking and fidiling around and stipping it to nothing i ran a pb of 18.7 and as far as i know its still the only NA 1.1 to break into the 18's

sadly now gone to fund my propper dragster....

the new project will be a beast

just a bit just look so different and stand out so much when you park up down asda or wherever

the anglia currently has a 1.3 crossflow in it i bought for £5 rebuilt and runs sweet but ive got a 2.0 pinto sat in the garage with the bits to turn it into a 2.1 and currently a little pair of 40's untill i can afford some 48's, its got a fiberglass flipfront will have fiberglass doors and boot to along with poverty spec B&Q perspex windows

unfortunatly taken a back seat while i get the Si roadworthy

cant beat a twin carb'd pinto

at classic ford day the mk1 and mk2 escorts with pintos where like rockets

quickest one is Andy Harris who ran an 11.3 on carbs dizzy no nitrous, now the durateched estate ran an 11.2 hes got throttlebodies all mapable ECU about 70 more horses so just goes to show the old pinto's can still stick up for themselves, and sound great



me and the legend Ron Harris ive not even got off the line and he's left the 60ft
