thanks for the comments, i dont like the filler cap myself, the original 1 sized and that was going very cheap so i fitted it, i just havent got round to replacing it yet and unfortunatly, it isnt quite as good as the pics make it out to be BUT for an 18 year old car it is in good condition, those pics were just after the full megs tretment (good stuff isnt it)the rear quaters are a slightly differant shade to the rest, there is hardly any rust on the body work tho, just a little underneath. details- 123tho (but well looked after) still rather nippy lowered 35mm with spax springs and bilstein shocks mondeo 16" alloys with 195/45 tyres full janspeed mild steel exhaust induction kit splitfire ignition leads rear strut brace |

ive noticed its a H. does it have the wanky idle valve on the airbox like mine which causes random idles? nice example. any plans for it or leaving it as it is? |

i take it your idle valve is bolted to the bulkhead then? (im obsessed) every car but mine seems to have gone in for the recall.  there are some '2i recaros going on ebay, £41 at the mo. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/FORD-FIESTA-XR2I- ... dZViewItem you sound as bad as me: i had the orignial interior which got swapped for a 16v jobbie and black dash, now back to the original and currently bidding on a rs interior and recaros.
